Yoga practice will be followed by a serenity wreath-making experience led by guest artist Patty Moloney Figliola. During this workshop, you'll create one 6-inch and one 4-inch personalized "serenity" wreath with elements such as lavender for relaxation and stress relief; rose for calm and comfort; amethyst to soothe the mind and bring spiritual protection; and rose quartz to promote self-acceptance and emotional healing. Essential oils will be available to add optional fragrance. These wreaths make lovely personalized heartwarming holiday gifts for yourself or for others.
