Meditation lies at the heart of yoga. We offer ongoing meditation options every week during our regular class session and regularly feature workshops to help you gain the skills and confidence to become a regular meditator.
Join Chris Clardy in-person in Arlington or on Zoom on for weekly meditation and dharma talks with occasional guest presenters, Wednesdays 7:30p.
Jackie Shaffer leads weekly meditation class Friday mornings at 8:00a on Zoom.
Plus Sunday morning mini-movement and mindfulness practice with Alex Levin at 10:00a on Zoom.
