Thank you for your patience and understanding as we iron out the inevitable wrinkles of our new technology. Below are some of the most frequently-asked questions, with answers we hope you’ll find helpful. As always, if you need more support, please email us and we’ll respond as quickly as possible.

I’m having trouble setting up my new account.

  • Click here to log in

  • Make sure you are entering your existing email (the same one you used with the previous software.

  • Then click on “forgot my password.”

  • Go to your email and open the link you’ll receive to choose a password and continue on from there.

I had future reservations and/or an active plan, but I’m not seeing it in my Walla account. What do I do?

  • Email us! There were some hiccups in the migration of future bookings and current passes, and we are working hard to sort them all out.

I have an unlimited plan (Bliss or Universal Pass) but I’m not able to book my classes

  • Some students’ payment methods did not migrate properly. If you have a recurring plan but are not able to book, go to “manage account,” choose "your wallet," and then "+Add Credit Card."

How do I view my attendance history?

  • Log in from the homepage of our website, and look for a little box on the right that says “hello” with your name, and the words “manage account” beneath.

  • Click on “manage account” and from the drop-down menu, choose “your history.”

How do I get my Zoom link?

  • Reserve under “livestream” the class you’d like to Zoom.

  • 15 minutes before class begins, you will receive an automated email with your Zoom link. Use that to join Zoom (it is not possible to join straight from the public class schedule – you must use the email link to join).

  • Alternatively, you can join the class by logging in to Walla, going to “Your account” and “Your schedule,” but note that once class begins, this option disappears, and you must use the emailed link.

How do I access the recording of my Zoom class?

  • Walla automatically creates a link and passcode to view Zoom classes that have been recorded. We are able to keep these class recordings accessible for 15 days.

    • Students who booked for livestream attendance will receive an automated email with access to the recording.

    • We are awaiting a software upgrade that will automatically also include students who booked in-person for hybrid classes. Until this is updated, we are working out a mechanism to easily send these recordings, and will update this page when a solution has been found.

I’m signed up for Zoom but I want to attend in-person (or vice versa). How do I switch?

  • Cancel your booking for the livestream (or in-person class), and then re-book for the attendance method you prefer. And/or email us and we can do this for you!
