Steady Ground: Tools To Regulate Your Nervous System with Asya Haikin
Yoga invites us to be fully present in the moment. While yoga is often associated with asana (physical postures), its teachings offer many more valuable tools for navigating life with greater steadiness and ease. Join Asya Haikin, senior teacher and Yoga Therapist at Sun & Moon, in this four-part exploration of yoga practices beyond asana. Register for all four sessions to build your toolbox from one week to the next, or take one at a time. Classes will be recorded and available for future viewing. Free Community Yoga Class
Join us for a welcoming, one-hour yoga class led by the 2026 graduates of our In-Depth Teacher Training program. This all-levels practice is designed to be accessible, supportive, and open to everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner. Come move, breathe, and connect with community.
