Referred to as "The Quiet Practice" by its innovator Paul Grilley, Yin Yoga offers a framework for attending to the often overlooked inner realms of our body, mind, and spirit. The extensive 50-hour course with Jennifer unfolds over three weekends with each one focused on a different vantage point: physical body, energy body, and mindfulness methods. Iceland is wild and beautiful, steeped in magic and the mystic. Come see for yourself on our six-day tour of southern Iceland. We begin the trip in Reykjavik and travel north east up the coast to the Kirkjubaejarklauster area, stopping along the way for black sand beaches, waterfalls and awe -inspiring views. We’ll spend two nights on the east coast and visit the iceberg lagoon and nearby glaciers. Traveling the Golden Circle on way to our overnight in Selfoss, we stop to view the gigantic Gulfoss waterfall and shooting geysers in Geysir.
