Curious about vinyasa but not sure where to begin? This supportive workshop will demystify vinyasa as a class format and introduce the foundational postures with clarity, confidence, and care.
Together, we’ll break down the structure of a typical vinyasa class, including Sun Salutations, standing sequences, wide-legged folds, balance postures, seated forward folds, and backbends. You’ll learn how poses connect through breath and movement, how to modify common transitions, and how to move at a pace that supports your body.
This workshop is ideal for newer students, students returning to practice, or anyone who wants to feel more confident in vinyasa class.
