Modern life is hard on the body. Poor posture, long hours at a desk, and a chronically stressed nervous system all contribute to tight muscles, restricted fascia, and a mind that struggles to switch off.
This two-hour Myo Yin workshop combines myofascial release techniques with the long-held postures of Yin yoga to address the root cause of common muscular aches and pains — not just the symptoms. We will use roll-and-release techniques to soften the connective tissue, followed by deep Yin postures to nourish, restore, and find genuine rest.
You will leave feeling spacious in body and mind, and equipped with practical self-care tools you can take home and return to whenever your body asks for it.
