These days aren’t for the faint of heart, but they do offer an opportunity to shore up your mental and physical well-being with practices that support resilience for a lifetime. We invite you to spend a little time filling up your sanity and wellness toolkit with accessible practices you can use on the fly – or when you get a chance to take a pause – to sooth rattled nerves and reclaim the equanimity that is your birthright. This workshop will include breath, sound, and simple movement practices to help you learn to surf the waves of these turbulent times.
