For every person who’s obsessed with backbends (the deeper, the better), there is an equal number of people who utterly despise them. They don’t feel good no matter what in some people’s bodies. Yet we all do them over and over again hopeful for a different sensation or outcome.
Investigate all the sensations, efforts, and possibilities that common backbends like cobra, camel, bow, upward bow, and crescent contain and explore developing a unique answer to the question: “What is the alignment that works for me?”
