A wonderful way to move from child birth to motherhood, this workshop is designed just for you and your baby as your body transitions from pregnancy and labor to birth and recovery. The post-natal mom can safely restore strength, alleviate tension, reduce stress, and connect with baby. We'll discuss the body's changes during birth and methods for recuperating naturally and safely, and then we'll do a gentle practice to relax the mind and reconnect with the physical body. Babies up to walking age are especially welcome. Partners and pregnant moms are welcome.
