Spring has truly sprung all around us, its glorious blossoms giving way to greener landscapes punctuated by fully leafed out trees. In this season, as our energy blossoms along with the colorful flowers, we might already be anticipating long, lush summer days, along with the activity and peak vibrancy those days offer.
Let’s pause to honor a "sweet spot” between the opening lift of spring and the intensity summer will soon bring. This half-day retreat helps you spring into summer with a balanced physical practice based on the principles of active (yang) shapes and more reflective (yin) poses, a full hour of supportive silence, a delicious period of somatic movement, all leading to an extended sound immersion -- a springtime shower of sound.
All levels of yoga and meditation practitioners are welcome! Healthy and delicious snacks will be provided.
