Are you in need of recharging? As moms, we give so much to our families, and it's important to take time for ourselves to rest. Relax in yoga postures where the body is entirely supported by blankets, blocks, and other props. Restorative practice is an ideal way to recover from stress and renew the nervous system. Moms of all ages are welcome. This workshop is a time to be quiet, so no children please.
