On the yogic path, body and heart assist mind to synergistically dissolve our restricting patterns through: commitment, coming to know ourself more closely, and allowing some space for perspective and shift. We’ll apply these in practices of 1) sitting meditation/stillness; 2) inquiring into the detail of our movements at physical, mental and emotional levels; and 3) naming, or giving symbol to what we discover. Your obstacles will give way into release, relief and freedom with this gentle yet powerful approach that will be familiar to the yogi and accessible to the beginner.
