This workshop will take place in-person only in the Arlington Studio.

This deeply relaxing sound bath session creates space to explore the duality between movement and stillness, and between silence and sound both internally and externally. With the breath we'll tap into the nervous systems to settle the MindSpace and body to facilitate a deeper state of clarity, focus and relaxation. In addition to the sound bath main event, the evening's experience will include light movement to wake up the body, breathing exercises, to calm the nerves, and meditation for focus and clarity.
