While you work, and while school's closed, the kids practice a day of yoga and mindfulness. Kids will learn the basics of yoga poses and meditation, explore social-building skills, learn how to nurture healthy and respectful relationships with peers and adults, and will come home with a completed art project. Kids bring their own lunch and something to drink; healthy snack and dessert will be provided. All yoga props are provided; kids should wear comfortable clothing. Outside play and walk to a nearby park will be weather dependent.
