Imagine waking up in the morning refreshed after a good night's sleep, ready to start your day with energy and ease. Sounds great, right? Our daily habits and patterns can either energize or drain us. In this workshop we will look at simple movement and self-care changes that can help build new patterns. Using the life-balancing principles of Ayurveda, yoga breathing and yoga postures, we’ll learn to promote self-care and vitality in daily life.
