We all want to eat better and more nutritious foods, but with today's quickly paced life makes it had to find the time or the energy. In this workshop we will explore healthier eating tips from Ayurveda, yoga's sister science. This includes insights into what and when you eat, what you crave, and foods that help balance out the natural effects of each changing season. You will learn about the attributes of the season and get some recipes ideas (and some taste testing) from Lydia Buschenfeldt, Certified Health Coach. Registering early will ensure tasting samples for everyone!
