When we love ourselves unconditionally, we have more love available to give to others and to our work, communities, and other things that matter in our lives. Learn to release self-criticism, anger, and perfectionism, and nurture self-compassion, warm personal regard, and kindness. Learn how to love yourself the way you really want to be loved. We will practice meditations, gentle yoga postures to open areas in the body that support communication and relationship, some chanting, and some self-exploration activities.
