Michelle has been practicing yoga since 1999, and has been influenced by many teachers and styles. A professional opera singer and life coach, she brings to her teaching a strong background in body mapping and a dedication to discovering and nurturing the healer within all of us. She has completed Sun & Moon's 200-hour In-Depth program and Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Level 1 training through the Veterans Yoga Project.
Her classes are moderately paced and grounded in yogic philosophy so that her students can increase their self-awareness, strength, and flexibility, and find ease and joy on and off the mat.

Wednesdays – Yin Yoga, 7:45pm - 9:00pm, Fairfax (sharing with Valerie Short)
