Winter’s more withdrawn months so wonderfully offer us a time for reflection of the past year and invite us to rest deeply during its hibernation. It is the season of going inward and of nourishing ourselves.
As we align ourselves with the seasonal changes, we turn into our own natural rhythms that are in sync with the rhythms of nature.
This workshop will be a combination of a slow flow asana practice followed by restorative and Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra®, paired with essential oils and a philosophical underpinning that will explore how we can harmonize and flow with ease and purpose through the winter season.
Open to all levels. Some experience with yoga asana will be helpful.
