Using Yoga to Enhance Your Self-Care
In this workshop, Asya will introduce an accessible practice that will help smooth out the peaks and valleys of blood sugar management and other challenges particular to diabetes. Students will learn a sequence to calm the nervous system, improve circulation and balance, and increase sensitivity to each body's particular needs, with inspiration to make this sequence part of a daily self-care routine. Asya is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and has helped many people improve their well-being with yoga.
