Sensing into Spring

Inhale, April. Exhale, spring is here.

Mornings these days bring blessings of spring in all her sensuous glory. The birdsong is cheerful, the aroma is sweet, the temperature is forgiving, and the breezes beckon communion with nature. They say that natural light directly on the eyes within a short time of waking makes for a healthy nervous system, setting the tone for a day where we can be grounded, attuned to our surroundings, and present for whatever arises. Wanna know what else helps with that? Yes, you guessed it: YOGA.
