Finding the Spring You Need

Yoga’s gift has always been its ability to spring us out of common internal constraints - lethargy, sadness, and fear to name a few. As pandemic-related constraints remain, a regular yoga practice additionally offers the promise of time, space and insight with which to work through the very real residue of our Covid-borne struggles, both individual and collective.

It is with the simplest practices of steady breath, accessible movement, and gentle tending to heart and mind that allows our true spirit to shine anew, at once reliable and miraculous, like blossoms appearing on a warm spring afternoon.
