Stories live in our bodies and minds. Meditation feeds our creative souls as we become more aware of that within and outside of ourselves. Finding moments of silence, releasing stress, and writing the stories you live or imagine builds resiliency and promotes healthy living. In this workshop we will awaken our creativity by tapping into our emotional and physical selves through meditation, writing prompts and the creative flow of vinyasa, all of which help open ourselves up to our greater truth. Bring a journal, notebook or anything else you like to write in, along with your favorite pen or pencil.
