As a former dancer, Andrea’s natural impulse has always been to combine dance and yoga. Here she’ll present a method that does just that. One of the most important parts of the physical practice is that we are aware of each breath, which is essentially an exploration of prana. Andrea combines free-form movements with the close attention to our inner world while we breath and let prana manifest. This practice will feed the soul, allow the body to be free by exploring new possibilities in movement, and find ease and freedom in our minds and everyday lives. All ages and any level of experience are welcome.
