Join us Wednesday evenings this Fall as we feature a rotating roster of Sun & Moon’s beloved and experienced teachers as that week's Guest Meditator.
Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, our Guest will highlight their favorite wisdom tradition through practical tips, personal stories, and a 20-25 minute guided meditation, wrapping up with time to spare for optional group discussion.
Other Wednesdays are “Practice Nights,” when yoga and meditation teacher Christine Clardy facilitates a community check-in, further inquiry into a previous topic, and a 20-25 minute group meditation (both guided and silent). As always, we reserve time for optional dialog before closing. All levels of experience are welcome!
Join by Zoom or come to the Arlington Studio for this personal, community-based approach to learning and practicing meditation. You'll experience just a few of the many viable approaches to meditation, and come away intellectually informed and personally inspired to continue your own meditation practice in the way that suits you best.
This class is offered freely, though donations to the studio can be made online or at the studio front desk.
