Part One: Awakened Breath, Embodied Senses

Explore how your senses influence your breath and overall energy levels. Tune in to how your mood and breathing are linked to what you see, hear, and feel. Discover the connection between your senses and the body’s energy centers, known in yogic literature as the chakras. Through this awareness and breathing techniques, develop support for a stronger and more balanced body and mind.
Part Two: Core Breathing for More Ease and Energy

Learn how healthy breathing patterns can help the body generate more energy with less effort using the core muscles to supporting effective breathing patterns. By activating the bandhas and applying the “five diaphragms,” you can enhance breathing efficiency and reduce physical strain on the body. After defining what we mean by “core,” we’ll explore yoga practices designed to strengthen and engage these muscles in pranayama (yogic breathing practice).
