Dogs aren't the only ones to have fun with balls and sticks. Come and experience a different way to do yoga. Learn how to use a SOLA stick (for Self Awareness, Observation, Love and Acceptance) to heal and strengthen the mind and body. By combining yoga and a stick, you have a fun and easy way to make the mind/body connection stronger. After strengthening and toning with the SOLA stick we will relax and release tension with the use of Miracle Balls.
