Yoga tools to regulate your nervous system in stressful times

with Asya Haikin

Yoga invites us to be fully present in the moment. While yoga is often associated with asana (physical postures), its teachings offer many more valuable tools for navigating life with greater steadiness and ease. Join Asya Haikin, senior teacher and Yoga Therapist at Sun & Moon, in this four-week exploration of yoga practices beyond asana.

Register for the whole course to build your toolbox from one week to the next, or take one at a time. Classes will be recorded and available for future viewing.
