Structural Restoration Registration:

All new clients for Structural Restoration must complete and submit the Intake form before their first Foundation Session. This only needs to be completed one time to develop a program to meet your specific needs.

After submitting your intake for, you will be directed to Walla to schedule your treatment date/time. Structural Restoration is only available at the Arlington Studio by Amir.
