Nathalie began practicing yoga in 2003 as a way to reduce stress in her life. It quickly became a regular activity after noticing its calming yet energizing benefits and its holistic approach to life. After taking a break from teaching French, her strong interest in the many facets of yoga brought her to become a yoga instructor. Nathalie completed her training at Sun & Moon in 2016 and is a Yoga Alliance 200-hour registered teacher. She is currently working on her 500-hour certification through Sun & Moon’s Dharma program. She teaches a hatha style yoga, encouraging the students to develop their practice with strength and ease and to stay engaged and curious in their yogic path. She encourages students to listen to their own body and offers modifications as needed, taking the time to transition from one movement to the next while staying connected to the breath.
