Jeselene Andrade

Jeselene’s yoga journey began in India while working in villages to support maternal health. Each morning, her host mother invited her to join her practice, and over those four months, yoga became a source of connection, grounding, and joy. Back home, her practice blossomed into a lifelong passion for teaching and sharing yoga’s healing gifts.

In Jeselene’s classes, you’ll find an open, nurturing space where movement and breath bring clarity, awareness, and calm. Her intention is to make yoga accessible for every body and stage of life, including expectant mothers. Drawing from Ashtanga, Dharma, and Yin traditions, Jeselene is a 500-hour RYT from Roots Love Yoga School under Marie Belle Perez Rivera, with training in anatomy, functional medicine, and pre/postnatal yoga. She practices Mysore daily and is a proud mother of three and public health professional dedicated to mindful, embodied living.
