Dana has practiced yoga since the late 1990's, and her children have been yogis since they were babies. Before having children she was a special education teacher for many years. Dana has trained with YoKid and her goals include sharing the knowledge and loving-kindness others have given her over the years, as well as helping families benefit from all aspects of yoga.
