We can all benefit from addressing three key physical benefits of a regular yoga practice while also incorporating daily practices that support mental and emotional equanimity. Join esteemed guest teacher Dr. Baxter Bell for his annual return to the DC area for a weekend of learning, laughter, and community as we explore Yoga for Healthy Aging.


All sessions will take place in the Fairfax Studio and livestreamed on Zoom, with the recording available for 15 days.
