These gatherings will introduce the concept of peace as a true state of being. Participants will learn a mantra meditation process to release blocks/ideas of separation in order to have a direct experience of oneness. This simple and accessible formula has the potential to be profoundly transformative in individuals' lives and in community. Practices will include silent meditation, mantra recitations, and group sharing of observations.
