Optimize your time and health by attuning to the natural energies of the day, according to Ayurveda, yoga's sister science of health and wellness. With the endless pressure to do more faster, it's difficult to find time in the day for yourself. Working with time management and habit change strategies, we can learn to restructure our days to find a place to pause. During this workshop, we will work with simple meditations, breathing practices and stretches that can fit into any busy schedule and provide a starting point for ease throughout each day.
