Colder weather generally leads to a decline in activity, especially in the post-holiday month of January. It’s the perfect time for rest, as we mimic nature’s way of preparing deep roots for the next season. It’s also the ideal time for practices that focus on warming, staying grounded, and preventing stagnation in body and mind.
Carol and Lydia Buschenfeldt, Certified Health Coach, will share recommended yoga practices and food choices to help maintain balance through the season.
