One of the most important aspects of our role in the yoga teacher’s seat is to make yoga available and applicable to all who are willing to try it, providing its benefits to any and every body. Anne and Carol will present how to bring the ubiquitous benefits of yoga to the practical needs of special populations modeled on teaching yoga as resilience from trauma. You will also hear from Sun & Moon faculty with intimate experience serving these yogis – for example, those in prison, those with particular clinical challenges, or those whose physical situations require adaptation – and the very specific modifications for each.

With Anne Jablonski, Carol Stehl, and additional Sun & Moon faculty panelists
