Learn, Ask, Snack: This Summer's Mindful Unplug at Feathered Pipe Info Session (Arlington)

  • Sun & Moon Yoga 3811 Lee Highway Arlington, VA, 22207 United States (map)

A FREE gathering to ask your heart (and us) if The Mindful Unplug experience at Feathered Pipe is right for you.

It's possible you've picked up some buzz around these parts about the second running this coming summer at Montana's Feathered Pipe Ranch, of "The Mindful Unplug Experience: A Retreat for All The Senses."

"I'M ON THE FENCE AND WANT TO KNOW MORE . . ."
We know what it's like to try and decide whether a particular retreat or workshop experience is right for you, so we're holding a free (with snacks and everything!) info session to share what it's about and give you a chance to ask questions. What's it really like? What kind of lodging is there? Do I have to rustle any cattle at this Ranch? Do they have coffee?

Annie and Anne (two of the five guides for this very special week of movement, mindful seeing, mindful sound, and meditation + happiness hacks) will be here to share what it's all about and answer EVERY one of your questions.

"WHAT IS THIS MINDFUL UNPLUG THING AGAIN?"
It's a glorious week at one of the prettiest places on the planet - one of North America's oldest, most relaxed, and most respected retreat centers - when handpicked team of leaders in the fields of yoga, mindful movement, visual arts, sound, and meditation coming together to offer YOU a rejuvenating week choreographed to enliven all your senses — with ample unscheduled time for you to drift easy and soak up the gifts of leisure time at the Ranch.

This second running of Feathered Pipe’s homegrown Mindful Unplug Ranch program takes place during the longest days of summer solstice light - from 24 June to 1 July - when Montana’s wildflowers are in their full glory and the new moon light of this special week will offer us exceptionally brilliant starlit nights.

No need to formally RSVP, but it would be sweet if you let us know you were coming so we can make sure we've brought enough snacks.
