Choose from over 100 weekly yoga class at our two Northern Virginia locations in Arlington and Fairfax. Our experienced teachers provide instruction in hatha yoga poses, mindfulness, breathing exercises, and yoga therapy. Sun & Moon is where community blossoms and healing happens.

New & Notable for Spring in Fairfax
Vicki brings Flow & Yin to Fairfax! Try this deliciously balancing class, with inspired movement and deep settled postures all in one class, Thursday evenings (7:00p).
We welcome Sarah Mard to the schedule! She’ll be teaching Tuesday mornings Hatha 2 (10:00a) and Adaptive (11:45a).
We welcome Tiffany Chen to the schedule! She’ll be teaching Thursday evenings Yoga for Core Stability (8:00p).
Drop in to beautiful stillness on Friday evenings. Rixie will lead monthly Yoga Nidra (May 3 and June 7, 7:30p), and Sam England joins us to introduce Peace Circles Meditation for four-weeks at a time (May 10 through May 31 and June 14 through July 5, 7:30p - come for one at a time or the whole series).
Longtime Sun & Moon teacher Mike Ricker takes over Saturday morning Vinyasa (8:00a).

Pregnant? – Arlington Prenatal Yoga moves to NEW DAY & TIME for Arlington Prenatal: Wednesday evenings 7:30p (also meets Sundays 4:30). Fairfax Prenatal Yoga meets Saturday mornings 11:15a and Thursday evenings 6:30p).

Yoga for Kids & Tweens – 6 weeks courses on Thursday afternoons with Jennifer Eubank, supporting the development of mindfulness, compassion, and calm strength in our next generation of yogis (April 25 through May 30, registration required).
