Julia began practicing Pilates in 2008. She finds the total mind, body, and spirit workout revitalizing and energizing! A Peak Pilates Level II certified instructor, Julia's style of teaching tends towards Classical, focusing on the exercises, order, and transitions. Her joy comes in sharing her love of Pilates with her students and watching them grow in their practice!
