Elizabeth Sammis

Elizabeth has practiced mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh for more than ten years. She believes that the wonders of the present moment are always available when we bring mind and body together through awareness of the breath. Liz particularly enjoys sharing the peace and calm that we generate with the energy of mindfulness and carry with us throughout the day.
