Diane Patton is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level (RYT 200) and is a certified personal trainer, with over 15 years of group fitness training experience. She has taught and taken yoga classes all over the world, and integrates elements of Anusara, Ashtanga, and vinyasa yoga in her teaching. When she's not teaching yoga, she's usually found in uniform as a pilot with the Air Force. Diane strongly believes that "Yoga is for Every Body" and enjoys blending the traditional history of yoga with modern humor and philosophy.
