Diane teaches a gentle flow yoga with an emphasis on healing both mind and body, offering classes that are accessible to students of all levels of practice. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in helping clients heal from grief and loss, trauma, and anxiety, Diane's teaching philosophy incorporates building mental and emotional resilience into a flowing asana practice in each class.
Diane earned her 200 hour certification in Vinyasa Flow at Bliss Yoga in Manila, Philippines and is nearing completion of an additional 150 hours in Sun and Moon's Proficiency teacher training. Diane is the wife of a U.S. Foreign Service Officer and mother of two little boys. She spends the majority of her time enjoying the Northern Virginia parks with her children and Vizsla.
