300-hour In-Depth dharma program components
Achieve a deeper level of mastery by learning, experiencing and teaching yoga, while studying in-depth topics with senior Sun & Moon faculty and some of the country’s most prominent teachers of yoga.
Our 300-hour Dharma programs exceed the requirements set by Yoga Alliance. Sun & Moon's 300-hour Dharma program, together with a previously earned 200-hour certificate, is eligible for RYT 500-hour designation.
You’ve got to know that it is the gold-standard in teacher training ... Sun & Moon not only guided me towards an attainable certification, but you truly exposed me to the ancient and modern teachers of Yoga. I have so much faith and confidence in myself because of the background you have provided me. We all know that each student comes to yoga through a different path, and each trainee will go out into the world on a different path. Where these paths meet are where the differences are made. Sun & Moon makes a HUGE difference!
