300-hour In-Depth dharma program components

Students will achieve a certain level of mastery by learning, experiencing, and teaching yoga. Participants will be exposed to a wide range of topics, and sample the master teaching of our roster of visiting faculty which include the country’s most prominent teachers.

Our 300-hour Dharma programs exceed the requirements set by Yoga Alliance. Sun & Moon's 300-hour Dharma program, together with a previously earned 200-hour certificate, is eligible for RYT 500-hour designation.

My experience has been nothing short of transformative. Not only have I improved my knowledge about yoga and its origins, but also I have developed friendships with members of the In-Depth faculty and fellow students. I strongly recommend the In-Depth program to any yogi who wants to move to the next level and prepare to teach or just become a more enthusiastic and informed student.
