Charlotte Raich loves to share the joy of yoga with her students. She incorporates the nurturing qualities of yoga for the body, mind and spirit into her classes through movement, breath, yoga philosophy and relaxation. Through alignment based instruction, her classes foster the opportunity to explore and discover the path and journey through yoga. She teaches ways to find calmness and serenity both inside and outside of yoga class, and inspires people to take yoga into daily living. She has an MS in Health Promotion Management and offers many yoga and wellness programs to the community including Yoga for Recovery from Addiction.
