Integration is in the action! Tap into the deep potential of your deep core. Anatomically map the members of your "core team," and then learn to bring those muscles into action with movements from yoga, Pilates, and other modalities to inform every movement you make – in workouts, group classes, and everyday life. Anna will also explore the deeper, more subtle, energetic aspects of the core.
How can we feel more confident, more at ease, and more in control? A truly strong core means treating ourselves with respect and dignity, radiating inner power and balancing the energy of the solar plexus/third chakra.
