Stephanie Crews

Since first practicing with friends in a little hideaway studio in 2007, Stephanie has pursued her yoga journey through all of life's ebbs and flows.  She feels yoga is home, and enjoys sharing the calm, the acceptance, and the play that yoga inspires.  Her teaching style focus on honoring the body as it speaks to you in that moment, finding both the ease and challenge in a pose while quieting the mind.  Her goal is to be a positive, encouraging and optimistic influence as her students pursue their own yoga journeys!
